The Tiny House Project community, called the Cove at Dundee, provides affordable housing for veterans experiencing homelessness.
Phase 1
Phase 1 of the Tiny House Project was completed in November 2019 and includes:
- 23 tiny homes and all furnishings
- 1 tiny medical clinic
- 1 clubhouse with washers and dryers
- All infrastructure for Phase 1
- Grills
- Picnic tables
- Sidewalks
- Landscaping
All residents have access to support staff and case managers, employment search assistance, skill-building workshops, and health classes, all with an emphasis on building self-sufficiency. All residents at the Cove at Dundee pay rent and are expected to meet their daily needs with their income.
