CSAH is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to strategic approaches to addressing the challenges of homelessness. Founded in 1989 by the Georgia Legislature, CSAH acts as a coordinating and leadership body for homeless services in Chatham County. The CSAH mission is to lead the effort to build and sustain community practices to reduce homelessness to achieve “functional zero.”
Our collective impact and ICH strategic plan to reduce the number of people experiencing homelessness have created renewed hope and synergy in addressing the challenges of homelessness throughout Chatham Savannah.
